What to expect from your training day

Stepping into your Master Teacher training is a personal, deeply supportive experience tailored entirely to your path. This is an intimate 1-to-1 day, and we can move completely at your own pace, allowing you plenty of space to ask questions, practice your new skills and absorb the sacred energy of this final milestone.

Here's how our beautiful day together will unfold.

• A warm comforting welcome: We will begin our morning by settling into our quiet peaceful space with a comforting drink, setting our intentions for the day, and a guided meditation as you transition into a Master Teacher.

• The Sacred Teacher Attunement: You will receive the traditional Usui Reiki Master Teacher attunement. This final process fully opens your energy channels to the highest frequency and passes on the lineage authorisation to attune others.

• The Art of passing Attunements: This is the core focus of the day. I will guide you you step-by-step through the precise physical movements, breathwork, and intent required to safely perform attunements gor Level 1, Level 2, Level 3 and Master Teacher levels. You will have plenty of hands-on, practical time to practice this until you feel confident. It is something, that will need practice and you will need to keep refreshing yourself on.

• How to teach and mentor: We will look closely at the practical side of running your own courses. I will share complete guidance on how to structure your training days, how to write and organise student manuals, and how to confidently step into your role as a spiritual mentor for your future students.

• Nourishment for your soul: A beautifully prepared homecooked plant-based lunch, along with comforting snacks and drinks will be lovingly prepared by myself so you feel fully grounded and nurtured through the day.

• Ongoing Mentor Support: Your journey doesn't end when our day finishes. You will leave with a complete Teacher manual, the sacred attunements layout guides, your official Usui Reiki Master Teacher Certificate and my ongoing support as your mentor as you begin your teaching practice
