One-to-one Reiki treatment provides a personalised and nurturing experience designed to promote relaxation, healing, and well-being.

During a session, we engage in a focused environment where you will lie down comfortably, fully clothed.

I use a gentle touch (Hands on) or hover my hands above (Hands off) specific areas of the body to channel healing energy, helping to release tension and balance the body's energy flow.

Each session is tailored to your needs, allowing for a deeper connection and understanding of your personal challenges, whether they are physical, emotional, or spiritual.
