Terms and Conditions for Therapy Tree UK – Reiki and Breathwork Services

1. Payment Policy

All fees for treatments or courses must be paid in full prior to the scheduled appointment or the start of the course. Payment confirms your booking and secures your place.

2. Cancellation Policy

· Treatments: If you need to cancel or reschedule a treatment appointment, please provide at least 24 hours' notice. Appointments can be rescheduled free of charge if proper notice is given. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will not be eligible for a refund.

· Training Courses: For training courses, cancellations must be made at least one week in advance to receive a full refund. Cancellations made after this period but before the course begins may be eligible for a partial refund at our discretion. Cancellations less than 24 hours before the course begins are non-refundable.

3. General Terms

By booking a treatment or course with Therapy Tree UK, you acknowledge and agree to these terms. We are committed to conducting our services in compliance with relevant UK regulations and ensuring a professional and respectful experience for all clients.
